Dr. Panagiotis Pantos is an Orthopedic Surgeon – Upper Limb Surgeon with extensive clinical and research experience in Upper Limb disorders and Sports injuries. He is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic, Upper Limb Department, at the Athens Medical Center, as well as the co-founder and Director of the Upper Limb and Sports Injuries Departments of the orthopedic clinic OSTEON. He is a graduate and PhD holder of the Medical School of the University of Athens.
He worked for 10 years in Germany, initially as Consultant – Oberarzt in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Asklepios Klinik Seligenstadt, and subsequently as Deputy Director – Leitender Oberarzt at one of the largest Shoulder Surgery Centers in Germany (Klinik Maingau, Frankfurt).
He is a certified Orthopedic Surgeon by the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and the Elbow (SECEC – European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and the Elbow), for his specialization in shoulder and elbow surgery.
